Hi! I'm a resident of New Haven and a Yale graduate student. The pothole in the pinned location has damaged my car tire about a month ago. recently I realized that the pothole has been fixed. How can I file a claim for my damaged tire? It's not safe to drive with this tire as there is a groove on the sidewall. Please help me with this regard, thanks!
