Delivery driver called to complain that neither residents nor visitors at 360 State Street wear masks. Neither is the the employee behind the desk in the lobby. Also, the US mail delivery person does not wear a mask and he is in the building daily. Caller said she is very concerned and would like the City to please check into this.
