Just a curious question - is there a way to find out what the property owner is planning to do with this lot? The property records show 360 State is the owner, and this has been a desolate, blighted, gravel pit for the last 10+ years. This is unacceptable for a dense downtown area, especially on a corner lot like this. Could they at least remove the fence and plant grass to create a mini park in the meantime? Thanks in advance for any information on this parcel.
