Public Space, Streets and Drains

Please add a functioning bike pump to this space! There used to be one, but I believe the Devil's Gear was unable to maintain it privately. This is an important public good, available in many other cities, and would assist New Haven bikers, like myself, in continuing to bike sustainably around the city.
